Introducing our newest blessing…

Michaela arrived after 48 hours of labor and a few short pushes. She was perfectly healthy — despite the possibility of difficulties. I had been admitted in labor, but she kept floating back up…after she was born we realized she was floating because she was practicing her rope climbing skills. The cord was loosely wrapped around her neck, her arm and her chest. Thank you, God for watching over my baby girl!!

Both Michaela and mommy are doing great!  Thank you all for your prayers. They were felt and VERY much appreciated!!!

We were watching football last night and I thought of you. Of course I went to bed before the end of the game, so don't know who won. Hope you are doing well, new mommy! Getting sleep and all that.
